Yes. We have an ISA certified arborist and forester on staff. Our professional arborists are well trained in taking care of your trees.
Yes. The only time we would charge for an estimate, is if you needed to have our arborist come out and give you an in-depth tree health assessment.
When you fill out our “Get a Quote” form, we will process your information and send it over to our arborist. They will come out to your property, assess your services requested, write up your proposal and email it over to you. Once you receive this email and accept our proposal, the work order will be sent over to our scheduler who will schedule your tree service as soon as we have availability.
As soon as we can. We work promptly to take care of our customers. We do experience weather delays with Oklahoma weather that may prevent us from being able to do your tree service on a given day. Given that our crew works up in the trees, we are focused first on keeping everyone involved safe. If this happens, we will get in contact with you, notify you of the delay and work on getting your service rescheduled ASAP.
There are several things that factor in to attaining a quote for your tree service. This includes but is not limited to: tree size, tree location, tree health, pruning vs. removal. Each tree is different and therefore must be assessed individually.
Payment is due at job completion. There are several ways to pay: You may pay online via E-Invoice, pay the crew with cash/check, or if you prefer you may call our office and pay by card over the phone.
